State Fair Ticket Sales Begin

Posted: Updated:

Ticket sales took off with a bang this morning at the North Dakota State Fair Center.

State Fair-goers have three avenues to purchase tickets this year: by phone, online or the traditional lines at the office.

Starting at 8 a.m. this morning, tickets for Journey, CCR, and the Grandstand Showpass have been selling fast.

Gate admission and Mega-Ride carnival passes are also available.

Marketing Director Jennifer Hubrig says with three ways to make a purchase, tickets sales are off to a good start.

(Jennifer Hubrig, NDSF Marketing Director) "The Grandstand Showpass is really going fast. Last year the Grandstand Showpass did sell out before the Fair and I believe that it's a big reason that a lot of people feel a lot of urgency this year so that's been going quickly and we're excited to see that."

The North Dakota State Fair is July 19-27th.

Tickets are available at www.ndstatefair.com, call 852-3247 or stop by the State Fair Center during normal business hours.
