Student Spotlight: MLS-Mohall

Posted: Updated:

He has engineering on his radar for the future.

Zak Brown is the top graduate at MLS-Mohall High School this spring.

Let's meet him in tonight's Student Spotlight.

(Zak Brown, MLS-Mohall Senior) "Recently we've got a lot of new classes that are interesting like engineering and a lot of new tech classes we can be involved in to help us out in the future. I want to be an engineer, hopefully so that should help me prepare for the future a little more. I am a big science and math fan - I've always really liked both of those, but I'm going to have to say Mrs. Peterson, our English teacher has probably helped me out the most through the years and I've probably had her the most throughout high school. I've played basketball, I've been in science olympiad, National Honor Society - I'm the president there, golf - I've been to state a few times in that, and FFA, FCCLA. I plan on going to NDSU to try to get an engineering degree, either industrial or electrical, and try to become one of those."

Congratulations to Zak and these honor students at MLS-Mohall.

A total of 19 seniors will collect their diplomas on May 26th.
