Argument Over Parking Space in Dickinson Leads to Arrests

An argument over a parking space--leads to two arrests.

According to the Dickinson Police Department, a 23-year-old Dickinson man and a 22-year-old Bismarck woman were arrested for terrorizing and carrying a concealed weapon in the Prairie Hills mall parking lot Monday afternoon.

The two, had allegedly confronted another driver in the parking lot over a traffic congestion related issue.

Dickinson police say a verbal altercation happened, and the male driver pointed a pellet gun in the direction of the victim, who thought the pellet gun was an actual firearm.

Dickinson police seized the pellet gun and arrested both the man and woman a short while later in the Walmart parking lot.

They are yet to be formally charged.
