The sudden warm-up continued to cause localized flooding problems in the area today.
Last night we showed you what was happening in the center of Logan.
Today, the water draining from the hills above the town was again rushing through a residential area.
This flood water is not from any river, but rather from the melting of snow over a large area on the hilly territory to the west of Logan.
The residents were busy trying to clear out culverts and move as much water through as quickly as possible again today, hoping that by tomorrow, most of the snow in the hills would be gone and the water level would drop.
