A six-year-old Bismarck girl is treated for injuries after being struck by a truck while riding bike this morning.
Bismarck police were called to the intersection of 19th and Century just after 8 this morning.
A 28-year-old Bismarck man was driving south on 19th making a turn onto Century.
The girl was on a bike with her brother in front of her and her mother behind her in a crosswalk.
The man tells police he didn't see the girl. He struck her and was dragged underneath the truck for forty feet.
She was wearing a helmet and injured her left ear and elbow. She was taken to the emergency room for follow up.
Police have not released name of driver and no citations have been issued at this time.
The case has been forwarded to the Burleigh County States Attorney for possible charges.
