An update on a story that we reported on late last fall.
The house along 5th avenue northwest, near Perkett Elementary, that belonged to a hoarder was torn down today.
Neighbors had filed health complaints with the city and First District Health Unit leading up to, and following the flood.
The house sat untouched since the flood waters receded.
The structure was condemned by First District Health and was demolished today by the city.
City officials say the cost of tear-down and reclamation will be assessed back to the owners property taxes.
