MSU President Criticized By Shirvani

Posted: Updated:

Minot State University President Dr. David Fuller has been criticized in a performance evaluation by outgoing University System Chancellor Ham Shirvani.
Shirvani recommends no pay raise for Fuller because of what Shirvani calls poor leadership.
Fuller says he's proud of his accomplishments at Minot State.
The chancellor also criticized the leaders of UND and NDSU and called for outside reviews of Dr. Robert Kelley at UND and Dr. Dean Bresciani at NDSU.
Both men said they were surprised at the comments by Shirvani.
The state Board of Higher Education will meet Thursday to review Shirvani's reviews and decide what actions to take.
The state Board of Higher Education is buying out Shirvani's contract after pressure from many in the state who disagreed with the chancellor's leadership.
