Around Town -- June 21, 2013

Food and laundry.  What do they have in common?  They're both in this week's "Around Town."

Made-from-scratch Italian food on-the-go comes to Bismarck.  "It's all our own recipes made fresh daily," says Andrea Stemson, Co-Owner, Bismarck.

Mondo Forcella means world pork in Italian, which owners say translates to specialty gourmet food for you.  From pizza and pasta to salad and meatballs, owners also say to watch for their weekly specials inspired from around-the-world cuisine.

You can find out where they'll be next by liking them on Facebook or following them on Twitter.

This laundromat got so busy, they cut one service to keep up with the other.  Co-Owner Camie Zenker says their drop-off service overtook their coin-operated laundry due to large amounts of construction and energy orders.

But that doesn't mean personal laundry is unwelcome.  Family-owned Interstate Laundry charges $1.25 per pound -- weighed clean and dry.  For that, you'll get your laundry washed, dried and folded -- in three to four hours, same day service.

They say from now through the end of July, you can get two comforters cleaned for the price of one.  They're open everyday.

Authentic Mexican cuisine comes to the Gateway Mall -- and has customers talking.  How good is it?  Leo Vetter of Bismarck says, "real good."

Los Lunas Authentic Mexican Food opens to good reviews like Leo's for their homemade tamales, chips and salsa, enchiladas and more.  Owners say they've been very busy -- so much so that some items should be ordered in advance to ensure they don't run out.

Los Lunas is open 9 to 11 for breakfast, and 11 to 8 for lunch and dinner.
