Bismarck Wants Riverfront Proposals

Posted: Updated:

Bismarck wants you.  More specifically, the City wants your ideas.

Formal proposals are being requested for lease of City lands on the East bank of the Missouri River -- North of the Grant Marsh Bridge -- known locally as the Meriwether site.  The City says more favorable consideration will be given to proposals that accommodate Lewis & Clark Riverboat ticket sales.

Proposals must be accompanied by a financial plan and statement of experience, including financial resources available to carry out the proposal.  If you'd like to submit a proposal, drop it off at the City/County building located on 5th Street.  The deadline to submit is August 15th.
