Throughout the state gas prices are dropping and just in time for the Fourth of July Holidays.
Since May, some gas prices around North Dakota have seen as much as a 50 cent dip in price.
As of Friday, the state average for a gallon of regular unleaded was three dollars and 73 cents.
That's 51 cents less than the all-time high of $4.24 from May 22nd.
Prices are at least 10 to 20 cents lower in eastern cities of North Dakota.
The national average is 3 dollars and 23 cents.
