Bismarck, ND -

This will be Shiloh schools 35th year in existence.
Like most of Western North Dakota, Bismarck is building, and Shiloh schools want their growth to leave a legacy.
If you've been on I 94 by Shiloh school in Bismarck, you've noticed the massive undertaking of the new sports facilities.

The 22 acre expansion may not look even close to done, but surprisingly, the football field will be open this fall.
The football field which is all turf will be complete if everything remains on schedule by early September.
Superintendent Morgan Forness knows delays could happen but, the Skyhawks will finally have their OWN home field, including a track.
Morgan Forness-Shiloh Superintendent: focus on football field and track, finished 100 percent, seating for 1000 scoreboards came today put in the next week or two, turf in August, striping at the tail end, desire to play majority of season on the new field

By winter the project hopes to have the turf baseball field all layed down, it will be the only all turf field in North Dakota with both infield and outfield turfed.
But the baseball bleachers and connecting plaza won't be complete until next spring, with the entire complex 100 percent done by early next summer.

Morgan Forness-Shiloh Superintendent: energy and excitement really catchy, come to work and sometimes its hard to do the work you walk out the back door and walk the 22 acres, and it changes daily, its great to see the project unfold

Shiloh still needs to fund raise 1 million dollars more for the turf baseball field.
There are also still naming rights available around the football and baseball complex available.
You can call Shiloh school to learn more about donating to the athletics and fine arts facilities.
