A fatal accident on Minot's north side in late June may result in criminal charges, if the state's attorney's office decides any charges are warranted.
The crash that happened in the early morning hours of June 23rd on the 42-hundred block of north Broadway killed 49-year-old Robert Morrison of Westhope.
Minot Police today released the name of the driver of the other car - a driver who could face charges in the case.
