Urban Harvest Back for its Ninth Season

Posted: Updated:

The heat didn't stop many from heading downtown in Bismarck to take in another outdoor market.

This summer marks the ninth season of Urban Harvest.

Every Thursday from July 11 through August 15, locals can expect to see a wide variety of booths.

The streets at the corner of 4th and Broadway feature local artists, crafters, food vendors, and entertainers.

The event gives members of the community a chance to show off their talents.

"We definitely encourage everything that is local. Where some of the other outdoor markets might have vendors from all over the country, we really focus just on Bismarck/Mandan area so this is the best of Bismarck," says Tina Mitchell, Associate Director of Urban Harvest.

If you are interested in being a vendor at this season's Urban Harvest, visit www.bismarckurbanharvest.org.
