The Band Perry in Minot

The Band Perry in Minot

Posted: Updated:

The multi-platinum recording group The Band Perry visited Minot today.

The group signed autographs for dozens and dozens of patient fans who waited in line for several hours.

Made up of three siblings, the group has enjoyed high levels of success from sold out shows to Grammy nominations.

The band has a concert in Fargo tonight at the Red River Valley Fair.

Minot's Wal-Mart has sold the most CD's of any Wal-Mart spanning from Minnesota to Washington, which was the reason for the bands appearance.

Whatever the reason for the appearance, several fans were excited to meet the group.

(Cadynn Crockett, Fan) "(Do you like The Band Perry) Yes. (What do you like about them?) Because they are good singers."

(Bethany Johnson, Fan) "It's just really exciting that The Band Perry is coming to Minot to bring some hype around to the city. It's something for people to do on a Saturday morning."

That fan was from Burlington, she arrived at 7:30 this morning to wait in line.
