Bismarck Police Seek Suspect who Attempted Photo Up Woman's Dress

Posted:

Bismarck police are called to South Walmart for a man taking pictures up a woman's dress.

It happened Wednesday afternoon between 4-5 pm

A 24 year old Bismarck woman says a man followed her from cosmetics to the grocery section.

She says he put his phone in an empty basket and put the basket under her dress.

When the woman noticed what he was doing, he grabbed the basket and left.

Surveillance video shows the suspect exiting out the garden center doors and getting into a dark colored pickup.

He's described as a white male, about 6 feet tall, weighing between 150-220 pounds with strawberry blonde hair, wearing a dark green shirt, khaki shorts and glasses.

Call 224-TIPS if you have any information on the case.
