Four Arrested Following Home Invasion and Pursuit

For the second time this week - Moorhead police are led on a wild chase early this morning.

EMMANUAL KENNEDY, 22

CURTIS NICHOLS, 21

TREI JOHNSON, 20

ERMIN ADZEMOVIC, 19

22 year old Emmanual Kennedy, 21 year old Curtis Nichols, 20 year old Trei Johnson, and 19 year old Ermin Adzemovic are in the Clay County jail facing charges of attempted murder, burglary, assault, and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle.

Police were responding to a home invasion with a firearm just after 2 this morning -- when officers arrived they say the 4 men fled in a car.

The chase went 5 to 6 blocks.

Police say the suspects car stalled near Nemzek Hall on the MSUM campus, after it jumped a curb and hit a tree.

We believe we have all 4 suspects responsible we believe everyone is in custody, it does not appear to be a random act and I would say at least one of the suspects was known to the victim.

Police are still trying to determine a motive.
