Annual Grill Fest Heats Up Summer

Posted:

As the weather heats back up again this weekend, it's the perfect time for businesses to heat up their grills before the summer ends.

It's the 4th Annual Wild West Grill Fest in Mandan.

This event not only features community grillers, but also live music, pony rides, and art and craft vendors.

Denny Hildebrand has been a part of Grill Fest every year with his business called "Burning Desires."

He sells wood stoves, fireplaces, and grills and is able to showcase how some of them work by grilling up delicious food.

"Zucchini, we do cinnamon rolls in the morning, bacon, steak, different things and we hand out samples to the crowd that's here. And we just did some garlic potato and onion which everybody seemed to like so it's been a great time," says Denny Hildebrand, Burning Desires, Mandan.

If you have a burning desire to get out and taste what these grill masters have to offer, it's not too late.

Grill Fest is held through tomorrow on Main in Mandan.
