A wide array of personal and professional businesses are here -- or coming soon.  It's all in this week's "Around Town."

ND Nails is coming to Bismarck.  Their first day of business is Tuesday, when you'll be able to get full-service nail care and design.  They want everyone to know they're giving five dollars off a combined spa-pedicure and manicure to celebrate their grand opening.

You can make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome.  They're located on South Washington next to Box Office Video.

Things are coming together for a new recreation center in Mandan.  A private-public partnership between the YMCA, City and Park District will make the concept a reality -- without a tax levy increase.

The Mandan Park District has acquired a little over five acres next to Raging Rivers Water Park.  The Park District will own the property -- and the YMCA will build, own and operate the proposed 41,000 square foot rec center.  The YMCA will need to raise about 10.5 million dollars for the agreement to continue with construction commencing by July 1, 2015.  The plan includes a gym, suspended running track, fitness center and meeting rooms.

Edible Arrangements just opened -- and already the owner says business is good.  In addition to fruit arrangements to go, they have drinks and smoothies, treats and fruit salad.  There's also a selection of gift cards and arrangement containers to complete your edible gift.  They're open everyday in Pinehurst Square.

RidgeView Office Centre is going up on the north side.  The professional office park will have over 25,000 square feet of custom office space designed free-of-charge.  Management anticipates the new building will be ready by early 2014.

They're leasing space now, and expect the facility to be home to tenants such as engineers, lawyers and computer companies.  If you're interested, contact Chuck@BismarckRealty.com.
