On North Hill in Minot connected to Marketplace Foods and True Value Hardware, SOS Image is about ready to open...so what is SOS? It stands for Save Our Selves...and is a one stop shop for getting healthy, relaxed, and pampered as well. Sara Dufner runs the show here, and says bringing a facility like this to north hill that offers not only a workout facility but more was a dream...

(Sara Dufner - SOS Image Owner) "We thought this would be the right opportunity with Marketplace here and a hub of building. We thought we could be a center location for people to come and get healthy.

SOS is a bit different in that you won't be tied down to a long membership...however you can do the monthly plan and save. Monthly members will save at the attached salon...

(Sara Dufner - SOS Image Owner) "There is no contract. You fill out paperwork on your health history for a nutritionist so you can work with him if you want but no there is no contract."

The gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with key card access -- with the salon having regular hours, and hoping to offer services to everyone...

(Sara Dufner - SOS Image Owner) "We are really focused on really types of hair. Ethnic hair, red hair, blonde hair. We are bringing in many products and many hair stylists. Some from Minot, Fargo, and Minneapolis."

SOS Image opens this Saturday with an official grand opening celebration planned for early next month. With Business Beat, I'm Perry Olson.
