Bismarck Man Accused of Touching Girls

A 34 year old Bismarck man is charged with having sexual contact with two girls ages 13 and 14.

Charles Brown is charged with two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, it's an A Felony crime.

Court documents say the crimes happened at two separate days at a Bismarck home.

In both incidents, the girls say Brown touched their private area when they were sleeping.

According to court records, Brown texted one of the girls saying he was ashamed of his actions.

Brown is in the Burleigh County Jail.
