Mandan, North Dakota, is on the move with new businesses all over town.

First up is "Collins Place" coming to the corner of Main Street and Collins.  Currently a parking lot, the four-story building will have 3,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and 29 apartments above.

Developer Crown Equity LLC is investing nearly $3.9 million in the project.  The City says if you've been parking in this vacant lot, you'll need to park elsewhere.  Contact the Police Department for more information.  Ground-breaking is expected soon.

Construction on a new Cenex gas station and convenience store is underway on the Strip in Mandan.  Owner Cy Fix says this station will be special with five gasoline products on site, including #2 diesel, premium diesel and dyed diesel.

The station will feature a car wash and Subway sandwich shop.  You'll be able to fill your propane tanks -- and they'll also offer RV and camper dumping service at no charge.  The new Cenex is slated for a January opening.

The Cenex on Main in Mandan is undergoing a massive remodel.  Within a month, you'll notice new restrooms, flooring, countertops and more.  Owner Cy Fix says it's all being done to provide better customer service.

Right next to Raging Rivers Water Park comes a water-themed convenience store and gas station.  The new Tesoro will offer drive-through coffee featuring a national franchise -- owner Tory Otto says which one is still a secret.

A local food vendor will operate a pizza and sandwich shop.  They're also pursuing a liquor license.  This station will offer both dyed and undyed diesel.  Expect a December opening.
