ORCS Begins

ORCS Begins

Posted: Updated:

Classes began today at Our Redeemer's Christian School in

Minot with more students in the halls.

Administrator Charles Strand says enrollment is up by about two to three percent this year.

It's been so busy this year that Strand says there are some classes that are filled to the maximum.

He says school officials are always evaluating the potential need for more space.

(Charles Strand, ORCS Administrator) "In our elementary level, we have a couple of classes that we have had to cap and unfortunately turn people away because of the numbers of enrolled students in those classes. In our high school we can always take more students"

This year's enrollment increase of about three percent follows a jump of about 12% last year at Our Redeemer's.
