Two new businesses and two relocations -- all in this week's "Around Town."

Ten years of experience later, a heating and air conditioning expert makes the leap and opens his own business.  Runway Heating & Air, LLC, of Mandan, handles everything from new installation to service work.  Plus, the company offers whole house humidifiers, air filtration systems and ductwork changes.

The owner, Chris Bonogofsky, says he can save you money with efficiency furnace upgrades and scheduled maintenance programs.  "I know we don't want to talk about it, but winter is coming.  Now would be a good time to have your air conditioner and furnace checked out all in one shot so it's not, don't have to make a bunch of trips.  So it's not a couple service calls," Chris.

You can contact Runway at 701/391-9991 or on Facebook at Runway Heating and Air.

GunHutt in Mandan wants everything to go -- but not because they're going.  They're just moving across the river to a larger space in Bismarck.

Their last day on the Strip is September 7th -- where everything is priced to go.  After that, they'll open on September 16th at 1021 South Washington just behind Jiffy Lube.  In addition to an expanded inventory, they'll offer gunsmith services and concealed weapons permit testing.

GunHutt's current space on the Strip won't be empty for long.  BigTex Trailers of Mount Pleasant, Texas, is coming to town.  The company manufactures utility trailers from 1,500 to 60,000 pounds, and has over 400 independent dealers across the U.S.

For years, you've seen the empty Hansen's Furniture building on Memorial Highway.  By the end of the year, it will be empty no more.  Epic Sports is moving from the Northside to take advantage of the much larger space.  The new Epic Sports location on Memorial Highway may even include a small in-store coffee shop.
