Community Bowl Construction Almost Complete

Posted:

It's the first big game of the high school football season since the Bismarck Community Bowl started renovations.

And while the Bowl isn't compete, its already seen major improvements.

The track, score board, locker rooms, and storage building are complete.

Just the spectator facility remains.

The improved bowl has already hosted soccer games and sub varsity football games but they're excited to welcome huge amounts of fans for the kickoff tonight.

"Oh I think they're going to be really surprised if they haven't been here yet. I mean the place is just, you know just developing. It's becoming more beautiful all the time," says Mel Fischer, Facility Manager, Bismarck Community Bowl.

The bowl is scheduled to be complete in early November.

And coming up later in Sports Tia Streeter will join us live at the Community Bowl with a preview of tonight's matchups.
