KX Outdoor Sport Show

Posted: Updated:

You are probably familiar with the KX Sports Show --- the Boat and RV show has marked the changing seasons and the coming of spring for 32 years.

What better way to change seasons in the fall than with a KX Outdoor Sports Show?

The all new fall show will be focusing on fall and winter big game, waterfowl and upland game hunting and fishing.

Seminars include concealed carry permit classes, dog obedience, and outdoor photography.

The Outdoor Sports Show will also focus on winter-month activities in North Dakota like ice fishing and snowmobiling.

Professional hunting and fishing guide Jason Mitchell says that while there are a lot of choices out there when it comes to equipment, getting started in the hobby is still affordable.

(Jason Mitchell, Jason Mitchel Outdoors Television) "North Dakota is still one of the last great places where you can go out and have a great experience without having to make a big monetary investment. It just takes time, a little bit of experience and a little bit of skill and you can have a great experience."

The KX Outdoor Sport Show is at the North Dakota State Fair Center this Friday and Saturday.

Admission is $5 for adults and under 18 are free.
