Two Arrested for Strong Arm Robbery in Bismarck

Two people are charged in connection to a strong arm robbery of a Mandan man.

 

A 41-year-old man told Bismarck police he'd been with some acquaintances at K-Mart.

He says on the ride home one of them grabbed his arms and a second person punched him in the face and head.

30-year-old Jason Antelope is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery an simple assault.

31-year-old Theresa Zapata is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The two took about sixty dollars in cash and the victims cell phone before dumping him at the 500 block of north 14th.

The victim was able to give police the suspects address.

 

Antelope and Zapata were found hiding in an apartment in the 1000 block of Portland Drive.

Both are held on $3000 cash bond
