Bomb Threats Called in to CVS Stores in Bismarck

Posted:

Two separate bomb threats are called into both the north and south CVS pharmacies in Bismarck.

According to officer Pat Renz with the Bismarck Police Department the calls are a scam and coming in from another county.

The scam targets CVS.

The calls came in right around three this afternoon -- a visual sweep was done in both stores and no explosives were found.  Both stores were evacuated as a precaution.

A CVS store in Grand Forks was evacuated Monday due to a bomb threat. A CVS in the Fargo-Moorhead store received a bomb threat around 2pm this afternoon, too.
