Business cards to banners and everything in between, Laure's Banner & Print has moved -- but not far.  They're set up in a new building that owner Laure Hartze-Turner purchased at 2400 East Front Avenue in Bismarck, where they'll continue to offer their familiar products and services, as well as unique and personalized items.

"We really care about who you are and what motivated you to come in here.  We want to make it happen and make it special for you, uniquely you," says Laure.

It's coming -- but not until September 2014.  The new north side Ace Hardware in Bismarck is set to break ground, hopefully, this fall.

Owner Jeff Hinz says the new Ace will be 50 percent larger than the existing one with expanded inventory, including a full gourmet kitchen store, and more power tools and equipment.

Just up the street from the site of the new Ace, at Coleman and 43rd, is Capital Square.  There you'll find the first building -- in a four-building complex -- is nearly full with two financial institutions, a chiropractor, dentist, pediatric therapy services, an oil company, testing facility and lending company.

The second building is under construction and already has three federal government tenants lined up.  "They're leasing out at a fast pace, because when compared to everything else in the market, they're very competitive, because all the utilities are included," says George Yineman, Realtor/Partner of Aspen Group.  Aspen Group says the high-tech HVAC system is highly efficient, which will keep rent down in each of the 30,000 square foot buildings.

Fronting 43rd will be a 17,000 square foot office and retail center.  Next to Ace Hardware will be Bremer Bank, plus a new Volkswagen dealership.  More to come on this entire area.
