Charges Dropped Against Discontent Employees

Posted:
Bismarck, ND -

Charges have been dismissed in the largest synthetic drug case in Burleigh County.

The charges against eight Discontent employees have been dropped.

The eight men and women were employed by Discontent from January to June 2012.

They were accused of selling drugs and drug paraphernalia at the store.

While the charges are dismissed against the workers, the owner, Thomas Teply and manager, Steven Johnson still face felony charges in the case.

The charges stemmed from a year long investigation.

Court documents say the store was selling products that contained illegal substances.
