A car accident in Williams County claimed the life of a Minot man early yesterday evening.

The driver, 24 year-old Dusan Travica of Minot was driving his 1999 Chevy pickup with two passengers, south on Williams County Road 42, Northwest of Ray when the truck began to drive into the center line.

Travica over corrected to the right too much and the truck entered a ditch causing it to overturn.

Both passengers we ejected.

Travica and backseat passenger 25 year-old Goran Sisarica, also of Minot, were both taken Trinity and Mercy Hospital with serious injuries.

The 24 year-old male front seat passenger, from Minot, died while being en route to the hospital.

His name is being withheld until his family can be notified.

The accident remains under investigation.
