The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe is saying farewell to their chairman.
Tonight hundreds gather at United Tribes Technical College to celebrate Charles Murphy's 36 years of service to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
Murphy served two terms as Chairman and says it's now time to retire and move on.

Dave Archambault will be inaugurated as chairman of the Tribe tomorrow at Prairie Knights.
