Expansions are in the air.  This week's "Around Town" takes you there.

Lucky Duck's in Bismarck is growing.  If you like their current patio space, you'll love that you can continue to enjoy it all summer long -- but have even more Lucky Duck's year round.

"We're going to have a full liquor license.  We'll have two stories.  We'll have a second story deck and full, revamped menu," says Russ Kadlec, Co-Owner, Lucky Duck's Deli.  Construction starts in a week, with completion expected by March.

As for what's on that new menu -- "guess you'll have to come and find out." says Kadlec.

Lucky Duck's is located at 307 North 3rd Street.

Fireflour Pizza is doubling in size to over 1800 square feet.  Not only are they taking over the space next door, "we're going to expand and do more, kind of, coffee-related items, a few other bakery items and have a more prominent gelato menu," says Kenny Howard, Co-Owner, Fireflour Pizza.

They'll be featuring Dogwood Coffee out of Minneapolis, as well as on-tap beer.  Fireflour says they'll be ready by middle to late November.  All the while you can still get Fireflour's wood-fired, cooks-in-90-seconds, pizza.

They're located at 111 North 5th Street in Bismarck.

The barista is in -- at Main Street Liquor.  While you may already know them for their assortment of alcoholic beverages, coffee has been added to Main Street's menu -- as have dogs, as in hot dogs.

The owners say adding hot brew just made financial sense, though iced coffee drinks are among the offerings -- plus cider and much more.  Kids' drinks are a dollar.  And there's a specialty drink that changes every month.  Right now, it's pumpkin.  They're located at 1005 East Main Street.
