Bismarck Man Faces Multiple Drug Charges

Posted:

A 25-year-old Bismarck faces multiple drug charges after officers responded to a domestic dispute call.

Christopher Loeppke is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and three other felonies.

Officers responded to the 800 block of Cody Drive over the weekend.

A woman there told officers Loeppke had "Molly"--also known as ecstasy--and Adderall and that he had a large amount of cash in the home.

Loeppke allowed officers in and eventually admitted to selling "Molly" and Adderall to his friends.

Officers located about 9 grams of "Molly" and two other prescription drugs.

Loeppke also admitted to having a large amount of cash that he said was from mowing lawns for the past twelve years.

Over $40-thouand dollars was located in the basement.

Loeppke appeared in court today and is held on $1500 cash bond and is subject to random drug testing.

He also pleaded not guilty to a simple assault charge today in court.
