The total number of Hepatitis C cases is now 28, and more people are likely to be tested.
That's according to North Dakota Department of Health officials who report the Centers for Disease Control completed testing on blood samples taken from the Hepatitis C outbreak in Minot.
The outbreak was centered at Minot's Manor Care and all of the individuals involved are 60 or older.
State Epidemiologist Tracy Miller reports the CDC is in Minot to assist state investigators and will continue to provide updates to the public.
The Department of Health has activated a public hotline for people who have questions.
