Bismarck Residents Face Multiple Drug Charges

Two Bismarck residents face multiple drug charges after authorities found drugs and drug paraphernalia in there apartment.

22-year-old Alexander Smith and 21-year old Stephanie Schilingo are charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver--a class 'A' felony.

They also each face three other 'C' felony charges.

Police obtained a search warrant for their apartment in the 300 block of north Mandan Street.

Inside they found drugs including cocaine, Adderall and Methylin. Officers also found two marijuana pipes, a meth pipe, pay/owe sheets and a digital scale.

Smith is held on $15,000 cash bond and Schilingo on $10,000 cash bond.

Police indicate Smith has two prior convictions for delivery of marijuana and delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school in Burleigh County in 2011.
