Panera Bread located just east of Kohls is starting to look like it is ready to open...but it will still be quite some time. According to company officials I talked with this week, the slated opening for the Minot location is still about three months away. Sometime late January or early February. The Minot location for Panera will be only the second in the state. You'll find the other in Fargo.

At Dakota Square Mall, a company that had been in a kiosk location for quite some time has made the move to a permanent spot. Lids is located just off the clock court next to Northwoods Candy Emporium. Lids offers, you guessed it, hats to top off your look, perhaps for that big game coming up on the weekend? The Minot location also offers custom embroidery.

Finally, work is continuing on Home Depot -- and also now just to the north of Home Depot you'll find work progressing on a large Holiday Gas Station. It will feature numerous gas bays, and in back a car wash as well.
