Center for Women Gets Into Halloween Spirit

Halloween is not just for's for the young at heart too.

One clinic in Bismarck is pulling out all the stops this year.

Stephanie Scheurer has the details.

"This is not a costume. This is the way I dress every day. No...," says Marvin Lein, CEO Mid-Dakota Clinic.

"Step over here. Cee Lo will help you," says Susan Scheurer, AKA Cee Lo Green.

It's all work and all play at the Mid Dakota Clinic Center for Women.

"Work should be a fun place to be and we have great staff, great physicians, and great personalities here. I've always looked to this day to give them a chance to express themselves. And then to see patients come in and have a smile on their faces, walk out a little happier than when they came in perhaps. I mean, that's what it's about," says Marvin Lein, CEO Mid Dakota Clinic.

This clinic has certainly embraced the Halloween spirit.

"We have a girl that looks like Princess Kate so naturally we had to do the royal family. And I'm the oldest so I had to be the queen," says Bridget Welch, AKA Queen Elizabeth II.

You can even walk in as a patient, audition, and leave - a celebrity.

"There's four chairs and every day it's like, when a patient comes in, who's going to turn around and wait on the patient. We just thought of "The Voice." Turning the chairs around and we got easy buttons from Staples," says Scheurer.

Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Cee Lo Green are competing for the best department theme.

And whoever wins best individual costume gets quite the prize.

"I will do their job for half a day. They will probably spend the rest of the day cleaning up the mess I made but it gives them an opportunity to show me what they do and for me to understand how they contribute to what we do for our patients," says Lein.

And it goes without saying, these women also contribute a few laughs...

"Center for Cee Lo - I mean Center for Women," says Scheurer.

All in a days work.

In Bismarck for KX News, I'm Stephanie Scheurer.

Marvin Lein has only been the new CEO for two months.
