A Bismarck couple is busted on meth delivery charges after leaving a significant amount of methamphetamine at the Elbow Room bar Sunday afternoon.

32-year-old Mark Myers and 18 year old Addie White Eagle are both charged with conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine.

A bar employee called police after a person found a pouch with baggies of white substance and syringes in the men's bathroom.
