Business Beat

First International Bank and Trust should have a third Minot location up and running by this time next year. Just to the west of the new MarketPlace Foods on 21st Ave. NW, you'll see construction begin as soon as spring arrives next year. It will be a full service branch, spread out over about six thousand square feet. The hope is to have construction completed by September of 2014.

On Highway 2 between Minot and Burlington, the Speedway is about ready to come back to life. It will be known as the Speedway Road House now however. Two investors are finishing work now on the menu and hiring staff to be ready for an opening that is set for later this month still. You can find them on Facebook right now for more information.

On North Hill in Minot, Wired Cellular has opened a third location this fall. You'll find the new location directly west of the airport. It is a second new location for Wired...in the mall they recently shifted to the food court area.

With Business Beat, I'm Perry Olson.
