Quilt Donations

Posted: Updated:

Some parents like to wrap their bundle of joy in a warm quilt, but not every parent has the funds to do so.

To help parents in need, Dakota Hope Clinic offered a helping hand.

But little did the organization know, a surprise would be waiting for them.

Quilts For Babies was planned to be a small meeting for Dakota Hope Clinic to give out a few quilts to parents in need, but to the organization's surprise, it turned out to be more than a small event.

A group of 50 to 65 women called the Minot Prairie Quilters and donated various items to Dakota Hope Clinic such as quilts, bottles, and diapers.

Coordinator of Dakota Hope Clinic, Bonnie Carrera, was delighted and surprised by the donations at the baby shower.

Dakota Hope Clinic is a pregnancy resource clinic available to all expecting parents, free of charge.
