A Utah man who accidentally fired his gun in the entrance of the Bismarck airport has been charged with discharging a firearm within the city limits.
65 year old Kent Mckell has been charged with the B misdemeanor in Bismarck municipal court.
His arraignment is set for next Monday.
Authorities say Mckell was disassembling his shotgun in the entryway when the gun fired into a wall.
The incident happened October 31st.
