White Supremacist in Court on Disorderly Conduct Charges

A man who has joined white supremacist Craig Cobb in Leith appeared in Grant County court today.

29 year old Kynan Dutton is charged with disorderly conduct.

During his initial appearance, Judge Donald Jorgenson set bail at $350 cash.

The crime is a B misdemeanor.

According to court documents, Dutton disrupted a Leith city meeting in the town hall October 18th.

Dutton is accused of repeatedly using excessive vulgar language and wandering around the meeting acting in a threatening manner.

Sheriff Steven Bay says Dutton was aggressive and resistant.

Dutton faces a maximum penalty of 30 days and jail and or a $1000 fine.

Dutton is an Iraqi war veteran who moved with his family to Leith to join white supremacist Craig Cobb.
