Hardaway Facing Charges

Posted: Updated:

A Flaxton man accused of ten crimes on different occasions this spring and summer was in court Tuesday.

39-year-old Michael Hardaway is accused Gross Sexual Imposition - a class Double-A Felony, Terrorizing, and numerous charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and drug possession with intent to deliver.

Court documents say Hardaway raped an underage girl in Flaxton on April 19th, was discovered with drugs on April 20th, had drugs and intended to sell them on June First, and was involved in another drug crime on August First.

He has pleaded not guilty to the crimes.

He was scheduled to have a pre-trial conference yesterday, but that was delayed to next month on the Gross Sexual Imposition and Terrorizing charges, and to February on the other charges.

District Court Judge Doug Mattson set bail for Hardaway at 150-thousand dollars.
