A South Carolina man was sentenced this week to a year and a day for his involvement in a crash near Hebron which killed a Wyoming man in the western part of the state.
53-year-old Wayne Pauli of Akins, South Carolina was facing a charge of manslaughter but was reduced to negligent homicide in a plea deal.
The accident resulted in the death of Glen Rae of Lyman, Wyoming.
Pauli's blood-alcohol level was .06, the legal limit is .08.
He also had marijuana in his system.
