Bismarck, ND -

A man who's served time for stalking is heading back to prison for a similar crime.

Jeremy Ferderer was sentenced to 18 months for stalking.

It's a class C felony because Ferderer has a prior stalking conviction.

In fact, he was charged with the stalking offense just days after being released from prison.

Ferderer contacted a woman several times in a short period of time through phone calls and text messages.

Ferderer was nicknamed the "Bisman Online" stalker.

In prior crimes, Ferderer would get women's numbers off the online advertising website and contact them repeatedly.

Ferderer will be on probation following his sentence, if he violates any rules he faces five years in prison.
