Trinity Health Holds Turkey Drive

Posted: Updated:

The holiday season has inspired Trinity Health to help families gather around the dinner table for a holiday meal.

Trinity Health's 2nd annual turkey drive is underway.

The foundation is still collecting monetary donations from employees and the general public to purchase at least 400 turkeys for families.

The campaign is in conjunction with Minot's Horn of Plenty project.

The cost of one turkey is 15 dollars; however, a Trinity Foundation official says any amount is welcome.

(Jodi Smith, Trinity Health Foundation Director)"It's an employee drive, but we also accept donations from the community to help us meet that amount. It's our way of recognizing that we are a part of this community, we want to be involved with this community, so it helps up build those relationships throughout the community, but also to support those who are in need."

Donations will be accepted through December 4th.

Donations can be dropped off at the Trintiy Foundations office, the Gift Shop, or online at www.trinityhealthfoudnationnd.org.
