Posted: Updated:

Two Bismarck men face multiple drug charges.

46-year-old Kenneth Daniels is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver--a class 'AA' felony. He's also charged with possession of a controlled substance by a driver.

41-year-old David Schilingo is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Both men are from Bismarck.

Police were called to the Country Suites Tuesday after 5pm after a meth pipe had been found in a room registered to one of the men.

Police pulled the suspects over as they were leaving the hotel.

An officer noticed a black hand gun on the seat where the driver Daniels had been sitting.

After a search warrant was obtained--police found another handgun, 14 grams of meth and seven grams of marijuana along with numerous drug items.

Daniels is held on $10,000 cash bond and Schilingo on $50,000 cash bond.
