Restraining Order Dismissed Against Leith Man

Posted:

A Judge has dismissed a restraining order against a man running the Leith, North Dakota website.

Judge Bruce Haskell made the ruling today.

Haskell cited several reasons for dismissing the temporary disorderly conduct restraining order against Greg Bruce.

The order prohibited Bruce from contacting Deborah Henderson.

She is the girlfriend of Kynan Dutton who moved to Leith to join fellow separatist Craig Cobb.

Henderson accused Bruce of taking pictures of her vehicle, posting commentary relating to the pictures on facebook and for referring to her as a Neo-Nazi.

However in the order dismissing the order, Judge Haskell says he does not find that any of those actions constitute disorderly conduct.

Dutton and Cobb are being held in the Mercer County jail on no bond for terrorizing Leith residents.
