A Bismarck man faces his second DUI charge in less than a year after he hit a man on a bike and then hit a pedestrian running to help the bicyclist.
It happened Monday night around 11:30 on Tacoma Avenue, near the Sports Page in south Bismarck.
Witnesses say the 22 year old man swerved across the lane of traffic and hit the man on the bike.
He then backed up, turned around and hit a man walking across the street to help.
Both men had only minor injuries.
Witnesses chased after the driver who ran away from the scene.
Police eventually arrested him for DUI.
