Business Beat 12-19-13

Posted: Updated:

Business Beat takes us downtown in Minot today first to Delisimo Cafe.

You'll find it in the old location of Deli at the Fair: a very popular spot.

This new business has been open about two months now and business has been brisk, keeping that popularity up.

Jamie Schwede is owner of the business and does plenty of work to keep it fresh and tasty for a growing clientele.

(Jamie Schwede) "We have a variety of hot and cold sandwiches. All of our soups are homemade. We have breakfast, bagels, muffins, homemade caramel rolls, breakfast burritos."

South on Main street a block you'll find the new location for Inspired Interiors.

Julie Filler has moved her business of eight years here for a fresh start.

And that's what she can give home: a fresh look.

She specializes in renovation projects in your home and has done plenty here as well making this space into the perfect spot for inspired interiors.

(Julie Filler) "I do a lot of remodeling projects so we carry flooring, window treatments, furniture, accessories, everything to finish off you home."

A grand opening was scheduled for today at Inspired Interiors.

With Business Beat I'm Perry Olson.
